Initial Contact,

Our first order of business is to get as much info about your project as we can. Once we have a firm understanding, we are able to determine exactly what is required and send you a quote. If your project requires a site measure, we'll arrange that with our trusted partner at a time that suites your schedule.

Site Measure (if needed),

If your project requires it, we'll arrange a time to have our trusted partner, Matterport, visit your home and perform a detailed laser scan of the building using the latest Lidar and building mapping technology. The process is quick and simple and is usually completed in an hour or less and appears similar to a photographer taking photos. Once that information is collected, it's sent to us where we are then able to build an accurate digital twin of your as built house. From there we can create the accurate, detailed plans required for your project.

Acceptance of Quote,

Ready to get moving? Fantastic! Once we have been given the green light and have all of the information we need, we're off to the races and will have your drawings ready ON TIME!!! Not weeks or months later!

 Design Approval,

If warranted, you will be sent an initial design for your approval. This is the point at which you have the opportunity to request any design changes you like free of charge. Once you have approved the design we will begin our working drawings ASAP!

Finalizing Drawings,

When the permit drawings are complete, we will contact you to let you know we are finished. Once the final payment is received, you will be sent an email with the sealed drawings as well as all required material to accompany the plans with your application to submission to your local building department. In many cases, if needed, we are able to submit permit applications on your behalf.

Revisions for the Building Dept.

Just because we're finished the drawings doesn't mean we're done...

If you receive comments from the building department we will work with the city to resolve all issues on your behalf until the permit is issued. That is our commitment to you!
