FAQ's

Do I need an architect for a custom home?
Not always. In Ontario, BCIN-certified designers (like TBPG) can design most single-family homes. Only certain complex or very large projects require an architect.

Can you design modern homes or only traditional layouts?
Both. We work with your preferences — modern, farmhouse, bungalow, two-storey, or anything in between.

Do you handle zoning approvals?
No, but we design to meet Ontario Building Code. If your project requires zoning relief or a minor variance, we can refer you to planning consultants.

Do you include HVAC and energy compliance?
Yes, we provide HVAC layouts and SB-10/SB-12 energy compliance documentation as part of the package.
